If the designs are not satisfactory, you can reject and ask for full refund. Please, note that the request for refund can only be claimed before the request of final file formats.
After the request for final files made, the refund cannot be claimed. Refund policy is only applicable for the logo design service. For any other service or order like website design, stationery design or any additional service, the refund policy is not applicable. Moreover, refund policy is only applicable for one-time orders. This implicates if you are placing an order for second time for the same logo design, your order will not be entitled for refund policy. This refund policy is equally applicable for refund of the extra amount that is mistakenly charged.

By this, we will keep providing revisions until we get the statement of complete satisfaction from the customer's end. Coordination and help for off-set printing services is the part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy and it is only provided for design we provide with any extra charges. Our well trained customer support representatives coordinate with printing service providers selected by our customers and also provide any technical assistance they need. Additionally, we allot a dedicated Account Manager to every customer at the time when he or she places an order at our site. This Account Manager is the part of our Satisfaction Guarantee policy and he will guide the customer and reply for all his concerns and queries before and after the placement of an order.
Registration of the Logo
We are only a Logo Design and Graphic Design service. We do not provide patent services and any assistance in logo registration. Our top priority is clients' best interest and keeping that in mind we always provide original Logos. Logo Villa bears no such responsibility for a design which may be in use currently. However, as we provide extreme customer support, so we agree to modify or make adjustment in the Logo (that we provide) free of cost.
Policy for Maintaining Record
We maintain the record of all the design works that we provide to our customers. Any time when customer needs these designs, it can be produced for them without any extra charges.
Ordersthat are not delivered
Remember that CD of final artwork is absolutely free. If the customer sends it back to us as undeliverable, we are not liable for refund in that case. We will not re-ship the CD of final artwork that is sent back to us as undeliverable as a result of an invalid address. The client has to place another order if he or she still likes to purchase the service that was undeliverable, and for that they have to pay additional shipping cost. Depending upon the location of the client, delivery of CD may take around 7 to 10 working days after delivery of final file formats.

After the client places an order he or she will receive two e-mails on his provided e-mail address.
- First is the confirmation e-mail that the order has been received should arrive within 24 hours approximately. This e-mail also includes order reference number. The second e-mail sent includes the first design concepts.
- The customer can then track his or her order through regular e-mail correspondence and through his dedicated account panel that is given on our website.
